RETURN TERMS & INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Invoking the Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase

• Notify MarinePartsEurope customer service that you wish to return the order within 14 days of receiving the order or a substantial part of it. In this notice we need you to provide information about part number and quantity.

• The product must be in the unaltered state: i.e. unused, not assembled, not destroyed, not damaged.

• Return the product in the original product packaging with the custom-made inner packaging. The package must then be sent in a transport package which is the same or equivalent to that used in the delivery to you.

• The product should be complete. This means that all accessories such as operating instructions, screws, nuts, etc should join the return.

• Keep in mind that you are responsible for ensuring that the product is well protected in the transport back to us, so make sure you package the product well.

MarinePartsEurope reserves the right to charge the cost price of the missing parts, in cases where the return is not complete.

If there are no instructions for use or similar provided in the return package, a fee of SEK500 will be charged. MarinePartsEurope does not redeem parcels for cash advances.
